Outlook and Outlook Express do not conform to the relevant RFC's (RFC
2015, RFC 3156) for PGP/MIME or OpenPGP email, so they don't treat
GPG/PGP keys correctly.  A suspicious person might think Microsoft
doesn't want consumers having easy access to email privacy and security.
