[mythtv-users] Two tiny bugs (mythvideo, mythbrowser)

MythVideo - When editing the default parental level, instead of setting
VideoDefaultParentalLevel to 1, it sets it to "1 - Lowest" and confuses
MythVideo. It set it to just '1.' Workaround: Edit it manually.
 
MythBrowser - When adding descriptions to the database, it does not add
slashes in front of single and double quotes and thus creates a mysql query
error. Workaround: manually add a slash in the db or don't use quotes! :)
