[mythtv-users] Jarods NVidia TV config section

The items in the Device section let X know what driver and options to use,
but the items in the Monitor section are the important bits for getting
the TV out to use the correct refresh and sync rates.
I also used the 1.0-4496 nvidia driver from their website, although I've
read the previous version works a bit better when using TwinView and
some other features. (I haven't had any problems with the 1.0-4496 build
so far.) The file I used was NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2.run.
I went through a couple of nvidia cards before getting one that worked in my
set up (I had a PNY GeForce 4 MX 440 that had diaganol interferance when doing
TV out that the Asylum GeForce FX 5200 got rid of) so I started with a
MX 440 configuration and tweaked from there to get the FX 5200 doing TwinView.
The drivers and config options seem to be compatible.
