[mythtv-users] Major problem with Myth .13

Actually, I'm experiencing this problem with a plain old bttv card; no
hardware mpeg encoding at all. 

One interesting fact to note is that this doesn't seem to happen when
watching live tv via a remote frontend. Its solely a problem for me when
watching live tv on the backend machine.
