[mythtv-users] Record defaulting to PAL vice NTSC

Well,
I have tried running mythbackend standalone. This did not resolve
the issue. I have also tried changing my interface from Television to
Composite1. Neither appears to work. If I run xawtv and set things up
manually, it will function until a record is called. Watching live tv is
ok. Since this worked fine in .12, I'm guessing there was some change
which caused this to occur.
