[mythtv-users] TV image gone bad on .13 (when I really want NTSC...)

I have this issue as well. Same exact description. (see my recent post)

      After going from .13 to .12 the tv output is now garbaled... lower part is
    green, upper part you can kinda see the image, but it's just not good
    looking.  Anyway, I fired up XawTV and after selecting NTSC and us-cable the
    picture looked normal.
    
    ntsc and cable-us is set in the `settings` table correctly.
    
    Any ideas what could be the problem?  I somehow fixed it temporarily after
    unloading and reloading bttv and related modules and playing with xawtv, but
    it's back to its old things.
