Could you repost your version of nuvexport? I 
downloaded it from the link you gave and get 
an "unexpected end of file" message when I try
to uncompress it.

How many times do I have to post this?  You MUST
resample if you're 
recording at 32000 Hz and want to make a VCD or SVCD.

is a version of nuvexport that will do the resampling
for SVCD; if you 
can't figure out how to make the appropriate change
for VCD, I'll try 
to help you out.
