If you haven't seen your card yet - even if you got the apology email a 
few days ago -

I suggest emailing back asking for a tracking number - I did yesterday 
and today I got a response with a tracking number

When I tracked the package they hadn't shipped it till late yesterday 
evening well after they recieved my email asking about it. So either 
they are still trying to get them shipped or they aren't sure if they 
got them all shipped or not and need a reminder for those that have been 
forgotten.
