I also can't say much about the DVD support or Mandrake either, but I do
have a AverTV Studio. Which I think I slightly different to yours but
very similar. Someone else posted some settings to use if you get SAP
channels, they look about the same as mine, so I guess you may well need
them. Other problems I had was getting bttv to find the MSP chip, and
when I did the IR receiver went wrong. It all worked in the end though.
I have the settings written down somewhere, let me know if you come
across these problems.
