I have the same HD and the same TV card, but on a Nforce2 based mobo,  
using the onboard sound card. btaudio works with no problem. LiveTV at  
a good resolution/quality works great.
All this works on a MDK 9.2 and mythtv-0.12.
I can provide some of the config files if you need some.
