CLE266 support (was [mythtv-users] OSD slow with hardware decoding?)

This isn't only a CLE266 problem, but it also exists in the XvMC code as well.
 I'm using XvMC to help out my old 450mhz K6-3 play back better, but OSD makes
it stutter like mad.

Once you have a patch send it to the -dev mailing list, there will probably be
lots of people (including me) that will test it out.

He posted yesterday saying that it is a hardward limitation.  Also, that he
thought the stuttering was because the OSD was not getting updated enough or
fast enough.
