	If you want to manually add cover art, you need to put it where the 
videos are, and jpg's need to end in ".jpeg". You can then use the 
editor in video manager (hit a number key) to select it. The ".jpeg" 
vs. ".jpg" thing is not yet overcome Qt'ism.
