I have the same card - I think it's crap ;-)

On the menus, the border lines and text all have an annoying shake to
them - though actual video is OK.  I think the MSI cards use a lousy
TV-out chip.  I'm building a different system and have ordered a
different MX440 card (ASUS) - we'll see if it's any better.

As for clarity, use the best resolution you can (1024x768 on this card)
for TV out, the Svideo cable helps but in general other comments are
true - it's not a monitor.
