The two EPIA M's I have (9000 and Nehemiah 10000) do have a cpu fan, but I
replaced them with the one at the top of this page:
http://www.silentmaxx.net/silent_products/fans/PAPST/40_50mm/40_50mm.html
It is not as efficient, but it is almost silent and so far the system is
working fine.
