That looks like a good deal! Just for the record AFAICT the NOVA
range has no hardware decoder, so you just have access to the raw
MPEG2 data. (This is as opposed to the NEXUS range, which does have a
built-in decoder.)
Anyway, as for getting it working with mythtv, this thread from
mythtv-dev earlier this month implies that it is at least partially
working:

I'd be interested in hearing your experience with this card as a DVB-s
card of some kind is going to be my next mythtv-related purchase, and
I'm wavering between the NOVA and the NEXUS.
