I would recommend a larger HD if you can afford it.  Once you start adding 
MP3s and then Videos to your TV recordings (and the PVR 250/350 produces 
fairly large files), you'll be wishing you had more space.  You may also 
want to look in to LVM to allow you to easily add another drive.  Other 
than that, looks like a nice system.
