AFAIK, there is one shuttle that has 2 pci, but no agp - their "network"
version.  It's not particularly popular, though.  If you want dual-pci,
I'd suggest a pundit - a little more work to get the cards in, but
they're quieter than the shuttles, too.

That's what usb floppy drives are for.

And the onboard video on the pundit is plenty for running myth.
