[mythtv-users] no more lirc_i2c

Hi gang, 
I've run into a bump with updating and installing .11. There is a problem
with lirc_i2c module.
As root I try to modprobe it and get the following:
/sbin/modprobe lirc_i2c
modprobe: Can't locate module lirc_i2c
I tried make uninstall and then reinstalling and no luck.
Suggestions?

I have been following Jarod Wilson's instructions
(http://pvrhw.goldfish.org/tiki-page.php?pageName=rh9pvr250).
