[mythtv-users] PVR 250 Install Procedure?

I am going to add a second tuner to my mythtv box.
I am considering adding a pvr 250 because I can use the remote
capabilities.
 
Can somebody give instructions on what needs to be done to install a pvr
250 on to mandrake 9.0 running myth ver 0.11 or 
post a link to instructions.
 
I have seen a lot people having issues and I want to make sure that I
follow the correct procedure.
 
Also, will I need a second audio card to use a second tuner?
