[mythtv-users] Commerical Skip problem

If I'm watching live tv and I pause for say 15 minutes. When I resume the
pause and a commerical starts, I hit 'Z' to skip commerical. This typically 
a) takes a longer time b) when its finally done you are stuck in slow motion
c) I cannot find anyway to resume normal speed playback. The only way to
recover is to escape and reselect watch tv (thereby missing all that was
buffered).
