Why's that?  I see absolutely no reason to make the TV stuff a completely 
separate module.  If you don't want to use it, don't go the the TV icon or 
remove it from the menu definition .xml file.  mythbackend won't run without 
a TV card defined in the database, but as it's _only_ used for TV stuff right 
now, I don't see the problem with that.  It'd be a couple lines of code for 
mythbackend to ignore loading the TV cards from the db and not run the 
recording scheduler.
