[mythtv-users] MPlayer green boxes flash on screen...

So, you use the mythtranscode program first, then mplayer/mencoder to
re-re encode them? I wonder what it is about the .nuv files that cause
mencoder to leave the corruption in the file... at least I assume it is
something peculiar to the actual source data. I never see this
corruption when using mencoder to create divx files from DVD's.
It's too bad... I really like having the control mplayer/mencoder gives
over the transcoding process. I'm sure mythtranscode is a fine tool,
but I want to twiddle all the knobs so to speak. (hmm.)
