[mythtv-users] Problem with MythVideo/MythDVD database

I cannot set or find the imdb number db entry in MythVideo for DVDs
ripped with MythDVD.

The video file seems like it is recorded to disc just fine (can be
played).  In the VideoManager, the IMDB number is always all zeros.
When it searches for the title on IMDB it always fails.  When I manually
specify the IMDB number (using the 'm' command), the number is accepted
then promptly ignored (the number in the display continues to be 0).

I tried the following:

1. Blasting and rebuilding the MySQL videometadata table.

2. Manually inserting the IMDB number into the MySQL table.  The manual
insertion works correctly, but then when VideoManager is reentered, the
number is reset to 0.

Ssuggestions?
