[mythtv-users] LCD-LED Patch

Attached is a patch to enable the use of LEDs attached to the GPO ports of 
an LCD display.

This is my first attempt at submitting a patch, so use it at your own risk!

Note that this change requires the Backend to create an LCD class. This is 
normally only done in the Frontend, and creates a number of LCD screens. 
Since these screens are now generated twice, it may somewhat garble what 
gets displayed on the LCD. But the LEDs seem to work.

Led attached to GPO #1 turns on if the first capture card is recording, GPO 
#2 for the second capture card, etc.
