[mythtv-users] xv support with Riva TNT2 card

I have been using a Riva TNT2 some time and it worked great, but the 
tvchip of my card wasnt very good so the tvout had low quality. Anyway I 
was using the nvidia binary only drivers from www.nvidia.com
