the .sgml file is the raw source, complete with markup tags, and the
.txt has the same content in it as the .html version.

The reason that I removed this statement is that I concur with Bruce
on this issue. Saying that swap is useless is overly broad, and
makes assumptions about the machine / user that we can't make without
having a fixed hardware configuration.
