[mythtv-users] alsa + RH9

This is sort of off-topic, but I figure others on this list may have the 
same issue --- Does anyone know what the "official" way to install alsa 
is with RH9?  There are alsa-driver and alsa-utils rpms, but it doesn't 
look like things get properly configured (at least when you compare what 
the alsa howto says you should do -- i.e. modifying module.conf, etc).  
I may just rpm -e the redhat alsa's and compile it myself, but it's 
obviously nicer if I don't have to do that ....
