No, this file must be manually edited...

It depends essentially of which variant of Spanish you want to translate 
for...

spanish.lang is the more "international" version.
spanish_es.lang is the Spanish from Spain version.

Before translating any of those I would get in contact with Antonio 
Marcos Lopez Alonso which is listed as maintainer of both of those 
translations on the following page:
