[Mythtv-translators] Feature/soft string freeeze... (not yet...)

Hi!

Total feature freeze has been pushed back by 1-2 days and since the 
"soft string freeze" is tied to the feature freeze it has been pushed 
back as well.

Rest assured that we won't delay the start of the "soft string freeze" 
more than necessary.
