That page is actually "served" by the backend.

If you want to see it type the name or IP of your backend like this:

http://192.168.1.10:6544

or

http://mythbox:6544

(These examples assume that your backend is at IP address 192.168.1.10 
and/or that it is called mythbox and that it's resolvable by a DNS or an 
host file.)

There are some methods/functions used by the backend which could support 
translation but the backend itself doesn't load any translation file so 
it's not possible to translate anything that's directly "served" by it...

I have a feeling that was done by design but this will probably change 
with 0.25 when mythtv-setup will be included in the backend (or at least 
very tightly binded to it).
