[mythtv-theming] What fonts are guaranteed to be on a Linux box?

If it's more of a style choice, I would suggest making no assumptions and
packaging them all with the theme.  (BTW, I enjoyed the MythBuntu theme
even when I was using Fedora.)  I also suggest choosing a freely
distributable font (obviously) and packaging its licensing information as
well (not so obvious).  This is done in the MythTV source base
(mythtv/themes/fonts/*.txt).
