Main changes that I make this week
* all the DB changes I make in one update
* created one initial 'root' account which is used as
default
* implemented command SET_ACCOUNT_PERMISSION for
changing account permissions remoutly from
mythfrontend, added
MythContext::SetUserAccountPermission()
* added new command line argument '-login' for
frontend which run mythfrontend in login mode
* changed primary key for keybindings table. 

Next week I am going to create an interface in
mythfrontend for adding new accounts. Next my main
TODO's are finishing up the login switching code and
merging in the changes that I have been made to SVN
head since I started working on the project.
