Myth Protocol: add a MUSIC_TAG_UPDATE_VOLATILE command
This command will be used to update the rating, last played time and play
count in a music tracks tag.

format:-
MUSIC_TAG_UPDATE_VOLATILE <hostname> <songid> <rating> <playcount> <lastplayed>
