Frontend Network Control: add some theme related commands
Add commands to reload the theme, toggle showing widget borders and toggle
showing widget names. The commands just call the relevant jump points so they
must be defined for the commands to work.

The commands are:

theme reload       - Reload the theme
theme showborders  - Toggle showing widget borders
theme shownames    - Toggle showing widget names
