Changed -force parameter to cause an 'nmake distclean'
Used by buildslave to cause a rebuild of just mythtv source.

Note: FFmpeg source is still not rebuilt on every build due
      to length of compile.  This should only be a problem
      when a resync is performed.  This issue will be
      addressed at a later time.
