Log:

TV: Add an absolute seek method and action.

Use it for existing immediate mode seeking, the network control code and
add it to the list of accepted actions for the frontend service.

../Frontend/SendAction?Action=SEEKABSOLUTE&Value=600 will seek 600
seconds, or 10 minutes, into the current item.
