Web Setup: Fix a nasty bug in the channel editor which resets the mplexid.

This removes an invalid 'msystem' column from the query to get the list of
multiplexs and also removes it from the VideoMultiplex class. Because the query
was failing the mplexid in the editor was being reset to it's default value of
0 which would likely cause any digital channels to fail to tune after being
edited in the channel editor.
