Log:

ProgramInfo: Support Season and Episode directly in the MythVideo constructor.

Now that both videos and recordings alike can have season and episode numbers, use those fields when constructing the "fake" programinfo for video playback.  Previously the season and episode numbers were overloaded into the channum field.  Now you can use them directly using any of the programinfo season/episode values (season, episode, s00e00, 00x00).
