[mythtv] Playback Data live TV "Deint: None"

Hi Mark,

Here is a log from today's master with playback of TV recordings copied to
the Videos.
First a number of SD/mpeg2 recordings, they all play with "Deint: None".
This are all old TV recordings so they are all interlaced.
Then a number HD/H264 recordings and they now all play with "Deint: 2x
VDPAU Advanced".
Could it be that you have already fixed this?
About the SD not being deinterlaced, could this be a setting of mine?
