[mythtv] Playback Data live TV "Deint: None"

Klaas,

This line looks to be the issue (it's repeated multiple times):-

CoreContext mythvideoout.cpp:375 (SetDeinterlacing) VideoOutput:
SetDeinterlacing (Doublerate 1): Single None Double None

I have an idea where the problem is - just need to kick my son off the
tv to test it:)
