OK, I have the current branch head, 9dc72f3, running on two Fedora 30
with nVidia systems, but did have a problem initially with the
monitor-plus-TV setup, about which xrandr had complained earlier without
actually failing to work. With the new build I got

{{{

2019-11-26 18:03:25.577989 W  OpenGL: setWidget create failed
2019-11-26 18:03:25.578020 E  OpenGL: MythRenderOpenGL is not a valid
OpenGL rendering context
2019-11-26 18:03:25.578024 W OpenGL painter not recommended with this
system's hardware/drivers. Falling back to Qt painter.
2019-11-26 18:03:25.578032 I  OpenGL: MythRenderOpenGL closing
2019-11-26 18:03:25.578050 W OpenGL: Context about to be destroyed

}}}

in both mythtv-setup and mythfrontend - and then they just sat there,
not doing OpenGL.

However, the other box, with only a 60 Hz monitor, ran fine. It was
running nVidia 440.36, while the other had 440.30.

After installing 440.36 from the rpmfusion-updates-testing repo, and the
necessary lengthy reboot, the twin-screen box worked too...

I have set the AVSync2 increment to 1 ms, its minimum value.

Thanks...

John
