I don't know what to look for. What are the symptoms of going out of 
phase? Do I have to watch 30 minutes of skiing at 1.5x to see it? The 
video you supplied seems fine from watching a bit at various speeds. Lip 
sync on a skiing video is probably not relevant so I don't know what the 
problem is.
