I have committed a fix for FF/REW. At 120X it now works the same in
avsync and avsync2. On the shield with software decode and with h264
there are still delays of up to 1 second between frames, because it
seems to take a long time to decode each piece, which can be seen in the
logs. It is much better at this with mediacodec. With mpeg2 it is also
much better at 120x with software decode.

I suggest set the playback profile to only select software decode for
mpeg2 - to cater for the pixellating problem, and use mediacodec for others.

If this is OK I will cherry-pick it to v30 in a few days.

Peter
