[mythtv] Dropping support for Debian Jessie

Hi All,

This is just a heads up to let you know that v30 is the last
version that will work on Debian Jessie.

Why?

We are currently doing a major overhaul of the rendering and
display code, removing a load of legacy cruft, and making more
use of Qt features. A consequence of this is that we are making
use of features that only landed in Qt5.5, and so the minimum
version will soon be Qt5.5

Jessie ships with Qt5.3 which is insufficient.

Stretch has been the current debian for a long time and contains
Qt-5.7, and Buster is getting ready for a release in the near
future.

Development is currently ongoing in the devel/2019-render branch
and when that is merged to master, master will no longer build
on Jessie.

Regards
Stuart Auchterlonie
