[mythtv] Easier Installing Android MFE

I have experimented with using a web browser to install the apk on a shield.

First you need a decent web browser. I installed puffin, the default one 
on the shield seems inadequate.

Then browse to the apk of choice and download.

Select the install option and allow on installs from the web browser.

May be easier for others.

Cant remember the exact steps but at least you dont need adb and a PC.
