[mythtv] Fedora Rawhide: WARNING: disabling Python bindings; missing MySQLdb

While trying to build an updated package for RPM Fusion I saw an error:

WARNING: disabling Python bindings; missing MySQLdb

I hadn't changed anything there so I was suspicious...

I did a test build for Fedora 26 and it was fine so I compared the
differences in the python2-mysql package[1] and nothing jumps out at me
except that the library dependency was changed from libmysqlclient to
mariadb but that doesn't change what the package "provides" so I'm not sure
why configure would care...

Any ideas?
