NO. Not since last September. Before that, it modified ONE table and 
added a few. The devs complained, All of it was removed

No. The only 'default' is that the original mythfilldatabase, which uses 
the DataDirect service, is included with the mythtv code (although mfdb 
is actually a stand-alone program and also modifies the mythconverg 
database tables...).
