[mythtv] Failure while playing one recording on Raspberry PI 2

I looked at the recording further and I see that the first 15 seconds
are recorded at Resolution 528x480. After 15 seconds the resolution
changes to 1920x1080. MythTV with VDPAU and VLC are able to handle this,
but MythTV on Raspberry PI with Openmax crashes.
