Hi Stuart

I spent about 4 months updating the wiki "User Manual" to version 0.27.
I had proposed to do away with the "Official Documentation", which was
to some extent a repetition of the "User Manual". I can start updating
the "User Manual" based on the release notes. That will take me some
time. Is there anything else I can do to help?
