[mythtv] Open DVB card only when needed not working in master

Hi!

After fighting quite a bit with my 4xLNB setup (DiscEq) here it
seems like the selection "Only open card when needed" for DVB
is not working anymore, but mythtv will keep the card open for the first
definition of the input forever.

This makes the other LNB:s unusable.

Can someone confirm this, please.
And perhaps take a look at the changes during the last 3 months or so
as it worked before that.
